A Look Back…
Since its establishment in 1978, the school has witnessed incredible growth. In 1995, Piano Central Studio had a student enrollment of approximately 85. As of today, that number has grown to more than 700! The largest commercial art and music program in the Southeast, Piano Central Studios currently offers lessons in piano, voice, violin, Suzuki violin, viola, cello, flute, guitar, art and Kindermusik. Continuing to grow under the directorship of Theresa Case, the school strives to meet and exceed the musical and fine arts needs of the community—a goal that has been awarded by Parent’s Choice awards from the magazine, Upstate Parent.
Kindermusik Program
Piano Central Studios offers a fabulous Kindermusik Program, ranked since 2000 in the top 1% of Kindermusik programs worldwide. Kindermusik can take you and your child on a journey together through seven years of musical exploration and wonder! To make scheduling more flexible, two sessions and 32 classes are offered through the school year, as well as mini-sessions during the summer. You are allowed an unlimited number of make-up lessons—all you are required to do is notify the office! In each class, licensed and caring Kindermusik teachers will guide you and your child in an exciting musical experience using a variety of interactive activities!
