Music brings people together. And at PCS, we love nothing more than bringing our music students together to share their gifts and accomplishments with others. That’s why the Piano Central Studios experience intentionally includes many opportunities for students to step outside the four walls of the studio to share music with others and to become part of something bigger than themselves.
“I love the program at PCS and like that it isn’t just about the lessons. I especially love the Skillmasters classes and the opportunities for students to play in the community through the nursing homes and the mall performances. You are building the foundation for my child to be successful in her musical pursuits!” – Linda
Shared musical experiences
Whether it’s meeting new friends in a group class or playing alongside other students during a recital or other performance, PCS provides plenty of opportunities for budding musicians to find others to share in their love of music.
Our goal is to help students become well-rounded musicians who are connected with their world. We encourage students to give back, and so each year our students perform for our community, including the following venues:
- The Springs at Simpsonville (Assisted Living Center)
- Shepherd’s Care Center (Assisted Living Center)
- Sterling House (Assisted Living Center)
- The Cascades (An independent living retirement community)
- PCS Holiday Group Performances at Haywood Mall
PCS is also delighted to partner with and support these local arts organizations:
